LIFE DECLARATION FORM (CEV)

CITI BANK, commissioned by INPS to pay pensions abroad, must annually certify that pensioners be “alive”.

Therefore, every year the pensioner will receive by mail the “Life Declaration Form” which must be returned to CITI BANK duly completed and countersigned by an “acceptable witness” as described on the form itself.

NOTIFICATION OF DEATH

Both the competent INPS office and CITI BANK must always be updated on all information regarding pensioners. A death must be reported promptly to stop any undue payment. If undue payments are received by the Estate, they must be promptly repaid.

RED EST

INPS is required, by law, to annually check the income situation of pensioners, including income produced abroad.
For this reason, the assessment of income relating to the previous year is made every year through the RED / EST form.

CUD – OBIS M – ITALY/CANADA TAX CERTIFICATES
